Ever allow your thoughts to just be?
don't connect to
don't react to
don't listen to
Just allow them to be
Ever allow the silence to just be?
don't fill it
don't fear it
don't escape it
Just allow it to be
Feel your thoughts are you?
They're frantic
They're relentless
They're confused
Thoughts are not you
See the silence in you
It's full
It's still
It's peace
See the silence is you

Wow gave me goosebumps at the end! Your voice is so softly toned and it has a real atmospheric feel to it. I love that there is no other sound but your voice.
