SILENT WHISPERS
Nothing is harder than letting go
Of careless whispers " I love you so"
Innocent words you'll regret
Easy to forgive; hard to forget.
Silent words induce console in sweet grace
A kindly touch to a mistress face
Let guilt tears at his heart
And give him a first start.
It will come just as deep
And forever he'll weep
What was it he did so wrong ?
That you had to leave him alone.
I also dedicate this song to George Michael, who is now in heaven, my idol.
