Silver eyes

Silver eyes

When the rain falls down
Puddles form In silver eyes
In silver eyes Where rivers run deep
With muddy skys above
When thunder shouts and lightning cuts The surface
shudders and mountains form on skin
Shivers run up spines causing silver eyes to waver in bliss filled shame
And close as the sun bows to the moon in formal greetings
Silver eyes where Dams give way within
break and fall gracefully like shooting stars full of hopes now long passed over due

WOW!!...This has such a beautiful melancholy to it.....the rhyming within in this piece is superb......landing in places unexpectedly that create a gorgeous flow and compel the reader forward into the heart of this most elegant piece of poetic prose!!.....I could feel the somberness and the emotional sadness running throughout!!......PINNED!!....a great write LIGHT!!.......well done dear poet sister!!......LOVE & ROCKETS!!......T xo ??✴?✴❤?
