singularity

singularity

the old man died,
middle of afternoon,
in my dads arms, yet
he died alone.
in life you are one
don't give me love
two hearts beating
joined at the soul
you are your own
and nobody elses
I trust my father
he saw horrendous things
in the war,
you die on your own
he said,
just as you are born

( isn't it terrible, she died all alone on her own ?  no I said, nobody else can do it for you, you do it alone)
