Poem -

snow

A mystery unsolved buried under the frozen carpet,

layers of an undisturbed perfection.

Tiny flakes so fragile, intricate and light,

a masterpiece of natural construction.

Secrets lie under It's innocence,

walked upon by passers by.

A mask so beautiful yet cold and cruel,

where the remnants of the summer cry.

Now a pure and peaceful blanket holds the remains of the day,

and the past will remain covered

until the snow all melts away.
