A statement of a personal nature

Why are people so intent on,

 Barbaric cruelty.. for personal gain?

I can see by facebook feedback,

 That other's may feel the same.

I remember feeling as a kid,

 I didn’t want to fight,…besides

Why inflict the pain on others,

 The pain I felt at home.

It only makes you hard as nails,

For the hurt, yourself have Known

Then with actions and the blame

With reason to atone.

Animals reserve the fight…

They confine it, to the need

They know if they get injured,

 It restricts them when they feed

But as humans have we no more sense

As in  ‘Lebensraum’ before

We always want a bigger dish,

We think that good is more.

The politician is there to satisfy,

The needs now of the many

And different workings, Like in socialism,

We think there won’t be any?

Whatever system comes along

 There will always be a few,

But when we get to grips

The Socialist knows what he must do.
