Society's Shirt

Hate me to death
And judge me even more
But don't hold your breath
Trying to hurt my core

Maybe i used to care
Maybe your words used to hurt
But i became aware
You're nothing but society’s shirt

Cut from the same material
As every other sold
And all you know for real
Is what you've been told

Just hanging with the rest
Waiting for someone to wear you
And you try your best
Just to get accepted too

I'm not made from your material
And you can think what you want to
But what i feel
Has nothing to do with you
