Someone Normal
Mom, I long to give you someone,
As normal as any other,
One who doesn’t, at the age of twenty-one,
Still live with their mother.
Mom, I long to give you someone,
Who already has a job,
One who’s in college,
That doesn’t lie around like a blob.
Mom, I long to give you someone,
Who can pay their own bills,
Someone who doesn’t have trouble,
Climbing life’s hills.
Mom, I long to give you someone,
Someone better than me,
I’m unhappy like this,
Don’t you see?

Thank-you. I have Asperger's (similar to Autism) so you don't know how difficult it is to talk about my feelings. That's why I write poetry.
nice, well done
Thanks a lot.
