SOMETIMES...

 SOMETIMES ...

Sometimes are good,
sometimes are bad.
Sometimes were frowning,
sometimes were glad.

Sometimes were tested,
to remain upbeat.
Sometimes we just throw in the towel,
have  to  admit defeat.
Sometimes life seems a hard trek,
all up hill,
Sometimes it's just run of the mill.

Sometimes it's best to talk with family or friend,
Sometimes we probably drive them round the bend.
Sometimes we laugh,
 sometimes we cry.        
Sometimes we hide it all,
from the naked eye.

Sometimes we forget,
we shut out the world.
Sometimes we say things,
without a spoken word.

Sometimes it's hard,
 to let go be free.
Sometimes it's more about you,
 less about me.
