Sometimes

     Sometimes you have to spit out how you feel 
do it in tongues so no one knows what there hearing 
it’s just a thought 
     Sometimes you have to face
your Feelings 
if you do it alone, no one knows what your dealing with 
It’s all for naught 
     Sometimes you gotta say it like it is 
Use a mirror 
attach a note to a frisbee 
And throw it out to the wind
