And somewhere there's a Holy Word
That no one will applaud

Somewhere there is paradise
And somewhere there is good
And somewhere there's a helping hand
That is not understood

Somewhere there is pleasure
And somewhere there is joy
And somewhere there's a better life
That needs not to be coy

Somewhere there's an optimist
And somewhere there is care
And somewhere there's a brand new day
That breathes the hidden air

Somewhere there is timeliness
And somewhere there is time
And somewhere there is poetry
That never needs to rhyme

Somewhere there's a mission
And somewhere there is trust
And somewhere there's a feeling
That could maybe be called lust

Somewhere there's an open heart
And somewhere there is blood
And somewhere there is momentum
That rises from the mud
