Songbird

Such favored traits and hearts and love and souls and locks
And thoughts and blood; and chiseled hands—the slightest
Touch—a rush of flame—a quickened hush; and purple
Eyes—a volt and flare—a triple beat—a mystic air; and tip

And tug and tap and grip; and quilt the soul—a love to
Knit; and speak the zest—a zest to speak; and filter pain—a
Heart to greet; for such the love—a missing veil: a treasured
Flame: a ā€˜mantic tale; and laugh and laugh and laugh some

More; and dance and dance and dance the shore; for cultic
Blood—a treasured stream: a bell-ic vibe: a tide of wings.

We favor some—and cherish few; and lights and waves—a
Teal-ic blue; and love to live—a life of seas: a cryptic horse:
A vault of bees; and heart to heart—a fashion keen: the art of
Sparks: the larks of dreams.Ā Ā Ā
