Stranded on an Island, an Island without love

No hope for the future, no sign from  above

I sent a message in a bottle, in hopes that someday

Someone, somewhere , my dreams would repay

I stood and I waited, in solitary vain

No answer as yet, but if not try, then no gain

Patience, and longing encompass my heart
