Spark

Spark

Marooned on an Island I seek comfort in the dark,
Someone to takeaway the shadows with a spark.

A life sentenceĀ I seem destined to be alone,
All i really want is a family and a home.

To wake up on Christmas Morning and see the spark in my children's eyes,
unwrapping presents in wonder and surprise.

A legacy in my children will always remain,
to know il always be there for them through happiness and pain.

To find somebody to share cold winter nights,
who will stick by me through the love and the fights.

I do not seek a million dollars or eternal health,
for my gold is in people and my family will be my wealth.

I await the day until I find the Spark,
for she will be the one, to take away the shadows and the dark.

Good luck in your quest for a Spark
On this quest for love you embark
May you fill the need for your longing
By finding that someone and belonging

Thank you kindly for your thoughts
