Spinning around

My head all they emotions it feels like I'm spinning around in circles trapped in a dark tunnel trying to escape I panic it gets worse feels like I'm being choked can't breathe hurt and alone confused out of my head what to do always trying to run away I always find my way back to that dark tunnel I feel like a ball being thrown around in circles over and over again when will it ever end it feels too cold I'm freezing I want to get out but something stopping me please let it end let it end
