SPLINTERED WOOD

I stop by for a chat
Find only old bones
See you have vacated
Are no longer home
I call out in whispers
Choking on dust
Find derelict coffins
Splintered wood, rust
I search in the ruins
For some message
Some clue
Can't find anything at all
Can't find me
Can't find you
