In the Springtime of a New Year

Cold winter clouds parting,
Pink cherry blossoms blooming for a short time,
Then fall like happy tears, 

Celebrating new life and new love,

Things come and go,
Only Fate knows what love will grow,
Will true love come and stay?

You and I have a Destiny,
Once we were lonely,
Once there were tears,

Then comes a chance,
For no more lonely tears,

To become friends,
In the springtime of a new year.
