Standing Here

Standing at the beginning of a new life,
Looking up at our destiny,
Each star is sending us a dream,
Sharing thoughts, of love, children and hope.

Standing on a sandy beach before a vast Eastern Sea,
Warm sand is caressing our feet.
Each grain of sand a dream, flowing through my fingers,
While ocean waves, tickle our toes, holding on to hope.

Standing here holding you tight, my wife,
While star shine strokes your hair,
Is a dream,
I will never let go.

Those words came out of a dream that I had a couple of nights ago.
