A Star

Sometimes i feel like a star that has lost it's shine. The clock just stopped ticking and now I am out of time. All I asked for was a little time to show that I can, but now my legs are weak and I can barely stand. Everyone says the sky is the limit, but I wont test it. There is not enough room in space for all these stars. Sometimes I just got to hide all this pain and all these scars. Time is a visious thing. Pain and heart ache is all it seems to bring. I wish I was a star that could shine. I just need a little more time.
