STAR SONG
most nights
the universe visits
on the nights when it doesn't
i don't mind
i wait
knowing it will return
just a hand stretch away
the stars...
like a fingerprint on my soul
familiar welcoming secret
mine
never here.... always there....
waiting for me
in the eons
of time...
i wait
ever patient
for my moment
to shine...

Yea it is...that's the beauty of poetry, it is perceived in a million ways. I have a belief that death is just a return back home to the stars, I'm not religious but strongly believe in higher powers....up.there somewhere Max....hugs 💕
