"Stardust"
Astral

Funny how they say my minds lost in the clouds,
Afraid of the fall from the top I'm already flat on the ground,
My imagination for this nation is free from the racists and the hatred,
But lets face it we're impatient judging off color spread out the paint mix,
Our evolution is the solution but delusions is all we're fueling,
Floating on a cruise ship of pollution covered in bruises,
Send me into orbit circling sattelite corpses,
Ring around the rainbow swirling a blue rock with a halo,
Insignificantly small speck on the black sand beach,
Distant dots rotating relentlessly consuming anything we perceive,
Gallantly galloping all throughout the galaxy,
Big bang my universe and re-write my wrongs valiantly,
Engulfed in eternity blazing everlasting energy,
Be friends with with your demons cause even evil has enemies,
Vicious violence suspended in silence,
Vacuum my voice into stardust than ignite it.Â

I really enjoy your style, it flows effortlessly and keeps me wanting there to be more lines.Â
Super strong and relevant. I’m a fan!~RobÂ
Hey Rob big thanks for reading my poetry and for your positive feedback! One of my biggest issues is consistency but what I lack in one category I gain perspective in another. This piece has been weighing on me for months but I'm very happy you liked it. Hope to read more of your poetry as well! 👍🏼
