Poem -

Starry Love

I sit and watch the stars at night,

and wonder why they twinkle so bright?

If I could catch a falling star in my hands,

I would wish for the love of a decent man.

Everytime I watch a star fall,

It goes by like it did not hear me call.

People sometimes tell me it is all in my mind,

That true love does not exist in this time.

I've got all my life not quite figured out,

But why is it some always have doubt?

Yet everyday I wonder where my star might be,

You may not believe it but that STAR is ME!
