The Stars
If the stars at night
ever forgot to shine,
I wouldn't even notice,
just as long as you are mine.
I wouldn't notice
if it was dark,
for in my heart
you lit a spark.
My hearts on fire,
you have set it alight,
so I don't need
the stars at night.
