Stay with me my precious, please don’t go away;
For I need to kiss and hug you, a thousand times a day!
What will I do without you, my heart will surely break;
It will explode in many pieces, the pain it will not take!
For every beat it utters, is spoken just for you;
It’s totally devoted, and loves you very true!
The moment that it met you, it knew so instantly;
That it never wanted leave your side, and near you always be!
But now you have an illness, that attacked from head to toe;
The Doctors say it’s hopeless, and soon you’ll have to go!
But I’m praying for a miracle, that longer will you stay;
I’m begging for a blessing, I ask each night and day!
For if it does not happen, and you have to leave my side;
My eyes will rain in oceans, and a million tears I’ll cry!
So stay with me my angel, let’s beat the beast within;
Come back to us my soulmate, and our lives we’ll rebegin!

Oh my goodness me Larry this one is so sad but so beautiful sweetie, I really cried with this one, I hope it`s not true honey. I lost my eldest son Andrew to bowel cancer aged just 31 in May 2009 so I know how soul destroying and devastating it is sweetie. All of my serious spiritual ones are written for him and the first one is called HALF OF ME, the second one is called YESTERDAY and the one I wrote for his funeral is called STILL. If you read them I hope they help you in some way honey. God bless....G xx

Your letter yesterday moved me deeply. I was thinking about the horrible pain one suffers when they lose a child. I just wrote this poem in the wee hours of the morning called "Sweet Dreams", which I'm dedicating to you.
