Poem -

Stitching My Soul Back

Suffocated producing an ocean.

Fought through the battle and shot my soul.

Yet I'm living,

Sick from life's shift in motion.

Tortured to the depth of emotion.

Existent with a piercing in my cerebrum,

It fuels my Myocardial Infraction,

Lacerating each physical and mental thing.

I'm left holding onto the shredding of my heart.

A torch in the dark
Signals me like a lighthouse.
But from the shore
I'm not ever far...

I hate Mondays she says

there's a song about that
By the boomtown rats...

This veil within
which enters the tripping bits sadness and hidden sin
walks treads slides...
