Stolen Innocence

They took your innocence away,
A little girl who had no say,
The victim of their sick perversion,
Leaving you in wounded submersion.
An act of selfish pleasure,
They used you as their treasure,
Defiling you in ways you can't repeat,
A broken soul who longs to weep.
Your tears held back to be strong,
This weakness you feel is wrong,
Not wanting to reveal your pain,
Afraid someone will then proclaim.
So holding back tears you wish to cry,
You lock them up inside so tight,
Never revealing how you really feel,
And wishing death to be concealed.
I want to share this ray of hope,
That God loves you and this please know,
That one day soon will come a time,
They'll face the judge for this great crime.
