Story Love Forgot

And so he smiles,
The world just stopped
Or perhaps my heart did.

And so he speaks,
My ears cannot hear anyone else
Or perhaps I have become deaf.

And so he walks towards me,
My heart jumps out of my chest,
Or perhaps it found its other half.

And so he laughs,
The whole universe rejoices,
Or perhaps it was just me.

And so here we are,
A story that love has forgot
We didn't give it a shot.

And so now I feel nothing,
Now he has walked away
But perhaps I wanted him to.
