Stranger

Soulmate

Stranger

words of a wonderer move meΒ
souls soar across the midnight canvasΒ
doubts fall through wooden fracturesΒ
nights air burrows within my heart

slow, sad melodies fill my mindΒ
ink spills onto stationary too soonΒ
will he read this knowing it's for him
home is among our darkest nights
I lay at doomed gates tonightΒ
words of a wonderer shower meΒ
breathing in this magical moonlightΒ
blessing me with tears of life
you are not broken but loved plenty
so break down the doors for me darling;
I'm cold outside.

Being Me

Well written. I loved the way you ended this

you are not broke but loved plenty

so break down the doors for me darling;

I'm cold outside.
