Street

City streets covered in dirt soaked snow.
Miniature rivers cascade down the glaciers.
The minute ripples seem to engulf my attention.
In this one foot of the street, I am amazed.
City dwellers pass it by with no concern.
Yet im compeled to watch its magic.
The people bump and scrape by me as i crouch.
Their yells and commotion are dulled by the astonishment I see.
In this one foot of the Street, I am enthralled.
The glory in this little river.
The splender i have found.
In this one foot of the street, I am found.
The minute details.
The tiny moments.
Where u are urself and nothing else matters.
The tiny rivers that flow.
That is the life i love.
