Street Wise

Street Wise

She watched the world zoom by her
Slowy she yearns to touch
Although a fraction out of reach
As she lay there crying on the street

Her head spins with thoughts
Intellectual, philsophical and dumb
Why is everything so hard?
Signed sincerely with regards

Faces appear before her eyes
But fade away because of life
Echoes and echoes of laughter
All she wants is her forever after

She looks up deep into the stars
Feeling dizzy with words and wonder
Reality hits with what she's done
And in a second she starts to chunder
