Struggle

Out of the darkness that covered me
The reign of horror that wandered free
In a world where despair and mayhem ally
And the daunting hours that passed by
Growing melancholy hour-after-hour
From dawn-to-dark with superpower
I thank the all-powerful almighty 
For my unconquerable ability
In dire circumstances of desperation
Under the menace of stumbling ruination
I stood fearless, unbowed and unafraid
It matters not how ardent the misery is arrayed
How adverse and intolerable the hardships sail
It can never quench the spirit of my soul
I am the pilot of my journey
I am the captain of my destiny
