Struggles

Struggles

                                                Struggles

I feel as if  I'm in a black and white world surrounded by people with no color

Blinded by the fake hurt by the real

My soul cries out for help can anybody hear me?

No reply! hiding behind my  fears

Hurting from the pain that I am now a

black woman  that's been raped

I stand naked face to face with reality

My heart is  dark and cold, my body Numb

I run, I jump, I yell Can anybody hear me?

No reply!  Fighting for my freedom, my life ,my body  my

soul  Im useless in a world surrounded  by people with no color.

                                                                                                           -Hannah
