Study

“Study to show thyself approved”: and we fly the flame; and
Sponge the earth—a fervent wind; and paint the night: a
Glowing sun; for love is orange—a subtle blend; and life is
Grey: a sour taste; but nectar rich: a fleece of truth; and

Lightning volts—charge the soul; and many die—a lightless
Life; and many live: the prince of death; and fallen souls, a
Cryptic flight: the crypt of breath: a script of kef; and fly
The flame—the song of love: a rising storm: the face of

Wind; and beauty harsh, affects the mind: a garden womb,
The hands of Light; and true to pain, the vein of tears: a
Book of woes: a stir of prose; and study bold, the day of
Life: a firm rebuke—the stress and strife; and fathom deep,
The wells of gold: a flapping geese: a thirsty soul; and
Counsel heart, the springs of God: a feyic pulse: a laic cry.
