Such a delicate little thing 💕

Such a delicate little thing 💕

Wow what is this I can see peeping through the dampness of that earth

Gaining strength and supping moisture with all of it’s wonderful worth

Well it is none other than that pretty snowdrop..our early first sight of spring

A floppy, fragile, flimsy tiny white head..Oh such a delicate little thing

I simply love to espy the first snowdrops along my riverside roam

And today I am absolutely delighted to discover that I have found this very first earlybird..nestled beneath the cherry tree at my very own home 

So I say a mahoosive Thank you to our magnificent Mother nature..soon we will be saying farewell to her winter wonderland and welcoming our Springtime pristine portraiture...
