Summer Night

Walking in the evening night feels amazing
It’s been so long since I’ve felt this good
I bet my brothers and sister likes it too
Hearing my younger brother raps about nonsense; makes me laugh
 
Lights in the streets seems to be dazzling like a gem being freshly polished
Seeing the trees sway softly
And the darkness overcomes the light blue faded sky
 
Tonight/today was great
Everyone enjoyed each other’s company
Whilst laughing one a cord to the movie called “The Emjoi.”
 
Walked pass a house
What awaits us was a four legged creature
Who spoke and gave me a fright
Besides me was my younger brother who fled at the sound; leaving me laughing alone in this breezy summer night.
