Poem -

Sun Drenched Cold Rain

and for all this long road with
it's bumps and it's curves,
listening to whispers one eye
on the swerve, striving to
carry what must have been
mine, this load handed down
from the good and divine...
growing blinder and blinder
with each passing year,
growing deaf to the voice that
grows faint my ear....
and for all this long road
scorched in sun drenched
cold rain, I am yet none the
wiser to any good gain...
