Sunflowers

Hand me a Sunflower , give me the sun !!!

I  see the yellow ,red and green, the sun kiss of this flower..

I look direct into the sun, A burst appears as colors get stronger.

The sun itself a double voice, echo , skyward and on Terra firma.

Engulfed unfolded by light, away from the deeper dark

passion there and  gloom gone, momentary  clarity

I pick my paints up.. and walk down the path

Lovingly cradling the Sunflowers I will paint......
