SuperNova

Twinkle twinkle peculiar little star
Up against the entire universe
Ignorant to what you truly are
Floating adrift in vast open space
Avoiding and dodging cosmic forces
Eagerly awaiting the storm you are soon to face
Twinkle twinkle nervous little star
Set your fears aside, a force of nature is what you are
And even when your energy runs out, you can never perish
An atomic energy runs ruthlessly through your core
Brighter, denser and more dangerous than the sun itself
Twinkle twinkle righteous little star
Grasping our hearts with your translucent glare
A chemical component of the galaxies, an exploding star
Deemed the most gorgeous act in space
A supernova you are
Stop your worrying, for this is not the end
A supernova is more than just the death of a star
This elegant and powerful star once dead, has been born again

Hey Amber!!..... this is so good........I write a blog on Metaphysics so maybe I'm a little more excited than most......... but without Supernova's the Universe would cease to exist......... they are what seeds the universe with continuation of life's energy........ you have written this so beautifully.........I could use something like this on my blog......... it's VERY poetic and literal at the same time......."A supernova is more than just the death of a star..".......... gorgeous write my friend............ALL STARS.......... Love and Rockets!!...........T xo

Sounds good Tony
Hello Amber, very cool write. Infusing the twinkle twinkle little star rhyme into the wrote giving the star emotions while it begins to supernova. The ending is well done, it is not the death of a star but a rebirth like a pheonix from it's ashes. It is very interesting because supernovas can possibly be the birth of much more. Well done I enjoyed this. Oh and your eleventh line itself is scrambled, just thought you wanted to know so you can fix it.
Thanks Devon
