SUPERSTITIONS

Is breaking a mirror going to bring bad luck ?
Does knocking on wood help if you were unstuck ?
Superstitions are many but are they really true
Whether to believe them is entirely down to you

Throwing salt over your shoulder keeps evil at bay
I tried it once but bad things still came my way
Walking under a ladder I did that as well one day
More bad things occurred to me I have to say

On a positive note I saw a black cat cross my path
Good things will happen now and started to laugh
For I saw some money before taking a bath
So excited with this I called my sister Cath

Fingers crossed this virus will soon disappear
Seeing a horseshoe so it should be gone next year
The world will celebrate and will be a massive cheer
Just don't open your umbrella inside my dear

Interesting piece. If there's no harm to believe superstitions, then all is good. Must be originated from ancestor's experience.
