Symbiont

Sweat pours down my head and brow,
Heaped in darkness off starboard bow,
Stars sporadic, hull in flames,
Malefic reality midst corporeal maimed.
I clutch my chest, my flesh burns,
My innards Ripped and torn in turn,
Emaciated muscle under pressure from within,
Living, breathing entity of sin.
Eyes in weep, in grief and mourn,
I feel it moving, eroding brawn,
Eggs in depth, a symbiont I lay,
I count the minutes in thorough dismay.
My ribs crack and splinter through,
A fate bestowed minority of crew,
My eyes bulge and blood in splatter,
Fists in clench and teeth in clatter.
A rotting wound ferociously gapes,
My eyes close as it makes its escape.
Obscene teeth and wretched shrill,
Itβs motive is to hunt and kill!
