"Symphonie Oceanique"

Placidity of the coastal air
So thunderous to meek, frazzled ears
That have heard nothing but silent quarantine
In a dungeon composed by their own trepidation.
Polyphony of colliding waves
A myriad of octaves higher
Than ominous melodies resonating
Across chthonic chasms deluged with despondency.
Pellucid hues of gold and coral
So radiant to frail, hazy eyes
That have viewed nothing but arcane turbulence
In a domain designed by their own deprivation.
Savoring of crisp, saline breezes
Seven thousand times more succulent
Than lush French Riviera seafood banquets
Bathed in the gleam of Mediterranean diamonds.
An ocean’s masterful symphony
Hence unveils nascent tranquility
Within a soul that now perceives each wisp of wind
As the ethereal caress of a seraph’s wing.

Thanks, Christopher!! :) So happy it made you feel good. The underlying message is spiritual healing. I can't help but think of the ocean... :)
Dear Shelli,
A new star has been born on Cosmo. I have read you unbelievable words, and I ask you for a day to absorb their power, that I may respond to them in the manner of which I am accustomed to. Our paths have just crossed, and I know we will share a long future. In time, you will find that my comments are written from core of my soul. You have moved me to that depth.
Peace and Love,
Larry xxx

Dear Shelli,
So many people are lost on the Sanctimonious Sea of Society
Drowning in opulence, swimming in fear
That their yacht in not one of the grandest
So close to the "Symphonie Oceanique"
But, blinded by avarice, never to see it
Poseidon's progeny plays in perfect harmony
But their ears only hear the sounds of the coffers
They are passengers on "The Ship of Fools"
With a one-way ticket to nowhere
Peace and Love,
Larry xxx
