Systemic Oppression

Systemic Oppression

Crackles impinged on
debased walls shine
mortifyingly- this dark
glint rectifying empty
questions,

bold, caressing braided
undulations, driving my core
into the perplexities of
nihilistic hedonism, yet

debased walls shine,
while I am but a glint
in historic nodes of
goth-like sobriety,
unable to pinpoint the
flickering luminescence

inside,
a blank glint, repetitions.

Repose in consciousness
to stretch me along these
debased walls,
in my metallic glint,
under his eye,

willfully withered
with gaping mouth I am
but degraded humility,
under his eye,
under his eye

flower settle, deep bloom
in metallic warfare-
the taste of intimate pain
unto my eyes,
unto my eyes

** This poem is dedicated to the voice that hides behind walls when we struggle to remember who we are, I leave this poem unfinished as a symbol of our continuing stories
