Take a sip

The breeze when it's gentle
Enough to jangle chimes,
With the warmth of a morning sun
Can soothe a worried mind.
There are plenty of themes of worry
In this modern world of woe
So just to sit and indeed sip
In natures soothing show.
The translucent greens in spring,
The shadows of dancing leaves,
Chirps of birds contented sounds
The humming honey bees.
Take some time to drink it in,
Let your brow uncrease
Are you relaxed enough to close your eyes
As your worries now decrease.
Take twenty minutes of your time
For a daily dose of nature
Drink it in, that calming brew
Of mother natures nurture.

Hello BydOnz...
This reminds me of a study that was done that I heard about just a couple of days ago...
The study showed that people who lose their sense of smell is more likely to get dementia...
The studyΒ showedΒ the more aromas you smell it expands that part of the brain...
There is something to be said about stopping and smelling the roses...
Great write!Β
Thank you for sharing...
Hugs...
