TAKE IT EASY

I felt sad upon being dropped
by my mother I loved most!
There were times I erupted in joy
seeing places I saw never before;
unknown people, black and white,
young and old, joyous and doleful,
being thwarted midway,
but blessing everyone -
the touchables and untouchables,
birds and animals,
being lifeline to mankind,
fertilizing both banks!
 
At first I galloped,
uncontrollable by anyone,
but to be chained in prime youth,
enduring everything, never weeping,
for the sake of mankind,
finally reaching my destination -
vast and infinite, to be reborn as waves
laughing, dancing, billowing
to the tune of the western wind
like a child on the shoulder of
grandfather, laughing and kidding!
