Jennifer’s four walls in her little bedroom was ‘Strawberry Shortcake’ with her matching dolls and their fruity perfume
and she slept in her small single bed as little lambs were frollicking amidst her tiny head.. this lean lass was always on the go, full of fizzing energy with her cheeks all aglow.. now Jenni was almost four years old before her sister Laura appeared on the scene, so she was very independent if you know what I mean.. dressing herself in her clothes that she chose, sometimes if Mum picked her attire for the day well she wouldn’t wear those.. haha she knew what she wanted, Jenni was a little head strong, but on the whole she was an easy, amiable infant and seldom got wrong.. She was an asset on the lambing season, assisting her Father without rhyme nor reason.. come the crack of dawn she was out of bed like a shot, this little sheperdess would be a dab hand at the lot!! So Jenni and Dad worked thru the lambing together come rain or shine, whatever the weather..She adored her pet lambs and suckled them from birth with her bottle full of milk she would fill them with worth..So it came as no surprise as Jenni grew that working with animals was what she would do..

She had her school friends that lived up the road and some of them dwelled in a countryside abode.. Grandad Jacky simply adored her, the pair of them like Darby and Jones they were..when she went out a’ walkin’ donned with red welly boots to the Jungle with Granda to hunt for tadpoles and newts.. Of course she joined in Granda Jacky’s imagination as they saw Lions and Tigers from their fabrication.. Jenni even went on little holidays to Morecambe by the sea and slept in her Grandparents old VW campervan as happy as can be..At school though Jenni wasn’t that bold, classmates voted her as their house captain every year we were told.. you see she is excellent at organising with her plots and her plans.. she would excel at projects from her teacher’s demands.. A little born leader in so many ways and as busy as a honey bee making good use of her days..Each and every week Jenni would have her after school clubs and she would join her friend Victoria at the Brownies when the boys were at the cubs.. the pair of them also learned to tap and ballet dance, now that sight was such a hilarious happenstance.. but there they were with their little younger sisters squashed into ballet pumps giving themselves blisters wearing a bright red, frilly edged cotton body suit, strutting to the rhythm of the beats looking so cute.. 

So years went by from junior, middle schools and Alnwick Duchess high ..An extremely level-headed, conscientious student, always considering her peers and ever so prudent..Well Jenni strived hard on her exams and every test always giving it her all and doing her very best.. so-much-so that she gained her degree and lived her dreams at the Veterinary surgery.. Jenni started going to the local dance at the Stable bar, it was only along the street so not that far.. Well as she dressed up with her friends and there was lots of those. all a lovely bunch that Jenni chose..they would chatter and laugh and have a ball bopping around to ‘Dave the rave’ in that dance hall.. She was just in her teens when she found romance amidst her jumping to ‘Boom boom shake the room’ and the disco dance..Jenni courted Michael for about nine years so when the pair of them finally tied the knot there were families cheers.. Haha and they live just up the lane on her parent’s place, but they have their own mill house with plenty of space.. Well it wasn’t long before the pitter patter of tiny feet burst their newly wedded bubble, and Lauren Caitlyn was born without abit of trouble.. then two years later little Emily Grace was on the scene.. and both girls are completely opposite if you know what I mean.. Nowadays Jenni and Michael run her parent’s caravan park, booking campers in until it gets dark.. so they live in Humbleton mill with their girls and luckyboy the cat and their two labradors just below a hill.. the pair of them are an absolute asset to the place.. infact if they quit it could fall from grace...
