Tasha's voice

Tasha's voice

She was in love with a boy
who wouldn't show her how much
rarely told her he loved her
all she longed for was his touch
she had a need to be wanted
and it got too much for her to bare
she ended their relationship
cos she thought he didn't care
sadly,he was good for her
back then she never saw
he helped her with her insulin
and any blood she had to draw
eventually she moved on
fell in love with someone new
controlling and possessive
he watches her with a hawks view
he threatened her with a hammer
and left bruising on her neck
He lived inside her head too much
and turned her into a wreck
he knew what symptoms too look for
and knew the way she would have changes
leaving her with no insulin
for 36 hours, her deranged
waking up, she was "breathing funny"
well that is what he said
Back to sleep he went
and the the girl was dead
he bleached all of her bathroom
from the bottom to the top
"no law here has been broken"
said the uneducated cop
Because we live in Scotland
we differ from everywhere else
we have nothing to protect us
if we can't look after our health
Natasha can't speak anymore
She left without a choice
so, for her we want the law changed
And make heard Tasha's voice
