Tearcoholic

We see the toxic tonic drinking tearcoholic  
The depressant chronic, sinking in his phoenics
His laconic speech symbolic his mind beseeched.
By the concentrated droplets, the rain, upon his cheek.
 
He forsakes sobriety and religious piety
He takes his wallet and leaves the bar society
He frees the kite of his aspirations
Experiencing the impatient, strong drunk sensations.
 
We see this manic panic ridden poison fanatic.
The hidden addict that drinks in his attic
His catastrophic actions are more sporadic
He lacks the traction his need is automatic
 
Yet withdrawal from whisky is not his fear
He isn't drawn towards gin or wine or beer
He steers clear of underage drinking with his peers.
He indulges alone to the taste of tears.
