Tears in the eyes of Death

Dark blackness fills the air. 
A smoky mist filters through,and a shadowy figure stands. 
The back towards me,for I do not see a face. 
I hear sniffles-It's whimpering. 
Stepping closer, I try to calm it. 
But, nothing is there. 
It lifts it's head up, slowly turning around. 
It twirls above the ground. 
I hear my heart with every pounding beat. 
It turned around-A pale face-so unclear-I see no more. 
A beam of light shines through- 
And glitter glistens off the wet drops. 
The figure disappears. 
Drops in mid-air, suddenly falling, turning to blood. 
Alone in an empty room nothing is there, 
everything is bare, but the floor with two red shiny drops of blood. 
I have seen tears in the eyes of death.
