Poem -
TEARS SHALL RUN
Tears shall run quickly
Drenching her soft perfect skin
Shivers chill her spine.
Her life is now blighted by his heartless cruelty
Dark clouds haze her thoughts.
He went from her side with no second look back
No words did he speak!
No lingering soft wave
Such a lonely farewell!
Only a distant shadow remained
Then he was gone
Into the night!
No second thoughts about her in his cold heart
He gave her no kindness
He played the part well.
But now!
He is the sad lonely figure at the back of the church!
He weeps as he sees the joy in her eyes
As to another, she whispers " I do "
