"Teddy Bear & Doll"

To our darling
With a beautiful heart,
With a playful mind,
And with an innocent look

We're here to make her happy
Both of us want to watch her talk,
Watch her play,
And watch her grow

From the moment that we entered inside,
Our hearts have been excited
That we were about to feel the sugar in us
Instead, we felt something more than that

This girl, our darling
Is sweeter than sugar itself
I spend my time hanging out with her
I even watched her play with my pal as well

I recall her five words to both of us
"Teddy, why won't you talk?"
"Dolly, why won't you talk?"
We wanted to answer, but we can't

They're in her head
For a very long time
In her childhood
It's such a sad thing to know

Our darling is about to grow up
We wish to spend time with her
As normal people in this world
Something blocks us from that

We can't talk
We can't stand
We can't walk
We can't move

We're just toys
Toys used for fun,
Used for glee,
And used for play

We are still
Like a rock,
Like a table,
And like a corpse

We cannot do anything for our darling
We just have to be still
To watch her go
And to watch her grow

As a Teddy Bear
And my pal as a Doll,
We can use our ears to listen to her voice
And use our eyes to look at her innocence

We love our darling really much
We are there for her
To give her anything she needs
As still beings
